The present rigorous thesis is about the personality of František Jan Kroiher (1871-1948). He represented a very engaged person in a public area. His activity was very extensive and intervened in minor works in the country up to the contacts with the highest clerical and political circles. Individual chapters are devoted Kroiher´s childhood and study, career of the priest in the South Bohemia, his taking part in the reform efforts of the Czech clergy, work in a cooperative and economic sphere, a politic career in Agrarian Party and his extensive journalistic activities and sponsorship. At the end there is evaluation of Kroiher´s personality, followed by the list of sources and bibliography, index of names, a list of abbreviations and supplements. The rigorous thesis was based on prospecting quantity of the archival documents, period newspapers and literature. The Reflection of Great Depression in 1929-1933 in Czech literature of economy until 1945 - fundamental overview

The fundamental aim of this bachelor thesis is the essential overview of reflection of Great Depression in czech economic literature untill 1945. The focus is given on works of the main economists and their most important works concentrated on economical crisis. For this goal the political and economical development since the foundation of Czechoslovakia related with development of the economical crisis is analyzed in theoretical part of work. The explanation of crisis of some political parties is included in this theoretical part of work. Then follows short biography ? introduction of selected economists and their prefered economical view and directions. This bachelor work could be used as a study material in the course Macroeconomics and History of economic thinking aimed on Czechoslovakia during 1929 ? 1933.
Are Economics Etudents more Utilitarian than their Colleagues from other Disciplines?

The thesis analyses whether the students of economics reject utilitarian behavior less than students studying various fields than economics. The testing was carried out on the moral dilemmas of so-called "trolley problem". Data was obtained through on-line questionnaire, mainly from students of different universities. The results of the research point out, that in 2 cases out of 6, the students of economics and technical fields reject utilitarian behavior less. The dilemmas are both medical framing. The influence of self-selection was not proved. It is possible, that the studies of economics have an influence on evaluation of the utilitarian behavior.
Theoretical basis of the Šik's reform

The main focus of this thesis are the economic-theoretical concepts, which in varying degrees contributed to the creation of an official government program of economic reforms in the sixties of the 20th century in Czechoslovakia. The work will mainly analyze the causes of success Šikova reform movement among economists and the Czechoslovak Communist Party leadership. The first part of the study will address the reorientation of foreign trade and economy of Czechoslovakia to the Soviet Union and its satellite countries, as well as the importance of CSR for the functioning of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance in the fifties. Briefly mentioned is the first attempt at economic reform led by Kurt Rozsypal issues and other proposals for changes in central planning. The crucial part of this work will be devoted to the theoretical designs and directions, which created the preconditions for the implementation of specific economic reforms in the sixties. The treatment of the topic study should answer the questions: What were the other economic programs and their leaders? These protagonists could significantly affect the program or not?
